Day 1Kathmandu (1300 m)

Arrival in Kathmandu, reception at the airport by your agent and transfer to your hotel. Late afternoon guided walk through the old neighbourhoods and around the former royal palace in Kathmandu

Day 2Kathmandu (1300 m)

Tour. Starting to go to the famous stupa of Boudhanath, the largest in the world, and the Mecca of Tibetan Buddhism. Then, continue to Patan, the ancient royal capital. This city is a veritable outdoor museum with its palaces, pagodas, monasteries, temples and shrines.

Day 3Pokhara (900 m 7 hrs drive)

Start in the early morning for pokhara on a private vehicle and complete the journey of 200 km separating Kathmandu from Pokhara. Good overview of Nepalese rural life along the river Trisuli. Relax at the lakeside of Fewa when we arrive.

Day 4Jomsoom (2700 m) - Kagbeni (2900 m 3 hrs of walk)

Fly toJomosoom. We know about our trekking team and walk almost through flat land to reach the fortress village of Kagbeni.

Day 5Chele (2950 m 6hrs walk)

Pass through Checkpoint formalities and verification of the special permit at the exit of Kagbeni. We pass the village of Tangbe. We meet the first trio of chorten colors so characteristic of Upper Mustang. Passage through the village of Chuksang, dominated by very colorful cliffs. Passage stiff enough to reach the village of Chele

Day 6 Geling (3600 m 7 hrs walk)

The trail cut from the rock goes through a mountain pass (3550 m) which leads us to Samar a pleasant village in the shade of the poplars and an important place for the caravans to stop pass through Bhena (3860 m) in a mineral world with a view of the chain of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. Also pass Yanda (4000 m) before reaching our stop for the night

Day 7 Tramar (3520 m 6hrs walk)

After spending time at Tamagaon and its imposing chorten, climb Nyi (4020 m).Desend to Ghami a village of white houses huddled at the edge of at a deep gorge. Visit the ancient village whose ruins mingle with the ocher cliffs and very chiseled the monastery. After crossing a small pass, the trail on the mountainside leads us to the village of troglodyte dwellings Tramar, our stop for the night

Day 8 Tsarang (3650 m 6 hrs walk)

The trail continues on a steep hill in a canyon lined with colorful cliffs to the Col de Mui (3920 m). Visit the isolated monastery of Lo Gekar. Continue your trek to Tsarang and visit the monastery with magnificent frescoes.

Day 9 Manthang Lo (3760 m 5hrs walk)

The valley widens. The pass of Lho (3950m) is where the view is superb Lo Manthang. Arrival in the capital of Upper Mustang. You may encounter the king!

Day 10 Lo Manthang

Visit the old walled city and its maze of narrow streets and monasteries.

Day 11 Lo Manthang

Excursion around the city. Visit the Summer Palace and remote villages to the north if we have permission (or Gharphu Nyphu).

Day 12 Yara (3600m / 6 hrs walk)

A pass at 3900m and long descent among the fairy chimneys to Dhi (3410m).
Lunch in this beautiful village on the Mustang Khola, surrounded by peach and apricot. We climb up the cliffs Yara having a lunar landscape incredible.

Day 13 Lori Gompa

Climb up the cliffs in the Lori Wrenhermitage. Visit the monastery with exceptional paintings. Back tothe village of Gara.

Day 14 Tangye (3320 m 7 hrs walk)

We follow the riverbed where there are beautiful fossils.
Tangye is a small village with white houses hidden beneath a cliff . Very appealing line of chortens.

Day 15 Tetang (2950 m 8 hrs walk)

This is the longest trail of the trek crossing several passes over 4000 m. Fantastic views of colored cliffs and hoodoos are characteristic of this region. With alternate climb and steep descend we discover this magical fairy land with chimneys and snowy peaks. Arrival in the fortified village for a well deserved rest

Day 16 Dzong (3700m 5 hrs walk)

After crossing a pass (4050 m), you will enjoy a very beautiful view of Dhaulagiri, before reaching our camp near the thorong village.

Day 17 Jomsom (2600 m 5hrs walk)

We climb up to Muktinath, to visit the sacred temples and down through the village-fortress Jharkot. Small detour to the village and its 11th century monastery Lupra before reaching the main town of the region: Jomsom

Day 18 Pokhara

Morning flight to Pokhara. Relaxing day on Lakeside Fewa.
Night in hotel.

Day 19 Kathmandu

In the late morning fly to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel and free time for shopping
